By creating an account, using the CV Portal, submitting information, purchasing services, or interacting with the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or using the platform.

If you create an employer account, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent.

3. Candidate Accounts

Candidates may use the CV Portal to:

• Create and update their profile
• Add education, experience, skills, certifications, and projects
• Upload CV-related documents
• Generate CV previews
• Take assessments
• Request paid or free Campus2Career services

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.

4. Employer Accounts

Employers may use the platform to:

• Search or review candidate profiles
• Shortlist candidates
• Submit interview requests
• Communicate with ProMentor or candidates where enabled

Employers must use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment or career opportunity purposes.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload documents you do not own or have permission to use
• Misuse candidate or employer data
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Copy, scrape, sell, or misuse platform data
• Use the platform for spam, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activity
• Interfere with website security, availability, or performance

6. Services and Packages

ProMentor may offer free and paid services, including:

• Free CV/Profile
• Skill Assessment
• Mock Interview Assessment
• Mentor-Based Skill Development
• CV review
• Interview support
• Career readiness services

Service details, pricing, duration, and availability may change from time to time.

7. Payments

Paid services must be paid through the available payment methods, including bKash or other methods supported by ProMentor.

Payment records may include method, status, amount, reference or transaction ID, and package or order details. A service may not begin until payment is confirmed, unless ProMentor allows otherwise.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not automatic. Refund or cancellation requests will be reviewed case by case based on:

• Whether the service has already started
• Whether a session, assessment, or consultation has been delivered
• Payment gateway limitations
• Administrative or operational costs

ProMentor reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially refund requests.

9. Assessments and Career Advice

Assessments, reports, mentoring, mock interviews, and career guidance are intended for development and support purposes.

They do not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Interview selection
• Employment
• Salary increase
• Visa, admission, or recruitment outcome

10. Employer Decisions

Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions. ProMentor does not guarantee that any candidate will be selected, interviewed, hired, or retained.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of information and documents you submit. By uploading or submitting content, you grant ProMentor permission to use it for providing CV Portal, assessment, mentoring, recruitment support, and related services.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

ProMentor may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false information, misuse data, fail payment obligations, or harm the platform or other users.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProMentor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from use of the CV Portal or related services.

14. Changes to Terms

ProMentor may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
